This Place billed my Debit card. I tried calling them no one would answer.
I have no clue who they are or what are they doing with my card info.

Ripped off, no delivery, no communication
Ordered parts for my inflatable boat in May of this year. Never recieved any response from company.
Sent 5 emails and one phone call. Did recieve three messages from the shipping company with code stating that they couldn't ship to a PO box when my purchase order clearly states a street address for shipping. Had to include my PO box in my purchase order for billing purpose only. Tried to point that out but Shipping company will not return emails either.
Please look at their return policy, especially regarding phone calls. After two months ordered parts from competition.
Do not do business with this company. First time that I have been ripped off online.

Never received product!
Ordered just over $400 worth of generator parts, had the best price. Credit card was charged for full amount plus $5.00 5 days later. After 30 days, still had not received parts or confirmation from Shipstore. Attempted to use their status procedure on their website, worthless! Called twice, left messages, no reply. Sent email as detailed in their instructions on how to contact them (at the bottom of every page), no reply!
Should have checked reviews before ordering parts. Their website and wording is almost childlike, which should have tipped me off that this business is run by *** ripping off the boating community!
Contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges, still in process, have to wait 3 days.
Unreal! Do not use this company. Almost tempted to visit their marina and see what they say in person!

Never received my merchandise
I ordered a Yanmar diesel item, paid, received receipt which has no details of item ordered, noted deduction from acct... I have never received my item.
I have e-mailed them (their preferred method) 3 times, and used the internet site twice... trying to resolve this issue.
I have called only to get the voice mail saying we will contact you soon. Same BS the "contact us" page.. it all evolves around non-personal communication.
At least I have traceability with a receipt and withdrawal to "dispute" the charge
No contact, no reply on e-mail, this is BS....
And with all the people with similar issue.. they should be jailed..

I first contacted this company shipstore.com on July 29th 2014. Then after a couple of emails with Jim (Customer Service) discussing freight costs I placed an order which has been deducted from my credit card. The goods have not been received from shipstore.com. I've emailed sales@***.com several times and filled out the online contact form on the ShipStore.com website asking for information about whether the shipment has been made but I've had not response in two weeks.
These goods may turn up someday but I'm starting to doubt it. Even if they do its not worth the haste or worry.
STAY AWAY FROM SHIPSTORE.COM!!!!
Credit card charged, item never shipped
Placed an order, and my credit card was charged. Waited 2 weeks for delivery before I started escalating the situation.
Shipping tracker on web page doesn't work, emails not responded to, and phone calls were never returned either. I started calling the marina that was on the web site that was associated with Shipstore did I get some progress (the Shipstore web site is now gone!) The folks at the marina were completely annoyed with me questions, stating that this had nothing to do with them. I kept calling and finally I got a response from the Shipstore emails that I had sent. At this point it was almost a month, for the Shipstore owner to tell me he didn't have the item in stock, and would have to order the item.
I told him not to bother because the item was out of production for 2 years, the manufacturer didn't have any, and the only reason I ordered from Shipstore was because the web site said he had 2 in stock, so I ordered both of them.
At this point I asked him to refund me, of course that hasn't happened and now the web site is gone. I am calling my credit card company and reporting it as fraud.
No delivery
I order dinghy tubes from shipstore.com and was charged $1,900 in april and have not received my merchandise. They will not reply to my email or calls.
Do not order from shipstore.com or Westport Marina who was the company that ran the charge on my credit card. I have attempted to contact them over 25 times and have reported them to BBB. My credit card was charged right away and than I have not been able to contact them.
They will not reply nor refund me my money after 7 months. I am very frustrated with this company.
ShipStore.com Alert: SCAM
Charged my creditcard, did not ship product. Will not answer emails.
Can not track deleivery. They suck! I ordered a replacement lense kit for my Perko lights. My creditcard was charged 5 days after the order was placed and it has been almost a month with no comunication and no parts.
Their tracking system online doesn't work, if you enter your order number, it just returns you the the previous page. Also, they say do not call because it will only slow down the process.
The problem is, they don't have a process. Quick to take your money, slow to respond to anything esle.

Notice that they include no phone number in any advertisements ...this operation is a rip off. In my case, they charged my credit card for a $79.20 item and never shipped.
They have a tracking section on their web site, but after entering your information you get only a white screen. It is a sham designed to give them credibility. They never responded to any emails, just steal your money. After this happened, I checked the internet.
Apparently, this is their M.O., as it has happened over and over to other people. These *** need to be put out of business.
I have reported them to the NY AG's office. We'll see if that gets any results.

I too am pissed. I placed an order about a month and half ago and never received my order. After reading the complaints on this site I called and left a message and never got a return call, then I e-mailed them again never got a response. I e-mailed them again last night here is my e-mail.
I would like a refund to my credit card. I have never received my order. I have called you and left a message and you have never returned my call, nor have you responded to my e-mail. I BELIRVE THIS IS CALLED MAIL FRAUD.

Shipshore never ships products..
Why is this company still online...I ordered 1/7/13 & it never shipped...I doesn't take 3 weeks+ even by snailmail.

Shipstore.com is the WORST!!!
Shipstore.com is the WORST!!!! After placing the order I heard nothing about shipping the item purchased and paid for. Emails to them went unanswered, their online tracking page is a joke and does not work at all. No one answers their telephone and never once have they replied to any of my messages/calls.
It was necessary to protest the charges with my credit card carrier in order to get a refund on an item that Shipstore.com NEVER shipped.
Any retailer who refuses to answer calls or even the ship the items a customer purchases needs to be removed from the retail segment.
Not as advertised! They picture two and send one.
I ordered three sets of fender holders. The photo on their web site shows a doulble holder.
But, when it arrived, it was only a single fender holder. I tried a half dozen emails, left phone messages, even contacted their MOTHER of a store in Westport N.Y. but never got a response from anyone. These people have no shame.
Their greed gets in the way of doing business in a fair manner. I hope no one else buys from them.
To see additional complaints just Google "shipstore.com BBB" (for Better Business Bureau). I wonder what the good people of Westport think of these *** running a local marina.
DO NOT buy from these dishonest sons of ________.
